Advantages with Futura Original The rosette provides no visible screws.

The driver for the spindle is made of stainless steel for high strength.

Simple assembly: The nuts are open (also on the output side) and provided with locking fluid (type: Loctite®).

The length of the spindle is 110 mm for doors with a maximum thickness of 63 mm. For thicker doors, longer spindles and screws are available upon request.

Brass bearings as standard but can also be had with needle bearings.

Fits both Scandinavian SIS and German DIN standards.

Approved according to DIN (EU) standard: Fire class 3 (highest fire class): more than 90 min Wear: more than 200,000 openings.

Approved for use with panic fittings.

All Base & Solid products have an adhesive backing with 3M tape that makes it easy to mount and no drilling required.

Attached to permanent smooth surfaces such as tiles, lacquered or veneered board material etc. It is not advisable to attach the products to uneven/rough surfaces where the tape does not get full contact or surfaces that can slide as for example the wet room wallpaper. On newly tiled walls, it is important that the surface is cleaned thoroughly so that no joint film remains on the mounting surface.

Mounting instructions 1. Clean the substrate thoroughly and allow it to dry. (The detergents shall not contain oil).

2. Remove the protective film.

3. Apply the product by pressing it against the substrate for 10 seconds.

4. For the best results, allow the glue to harden for 24 hours before use.

Cleaning When cleaning the product, use a clean, damp cloth.
