Summer 2013 is set to be a season of firsts for us. We are spreading our wings further across the Mediterranean. We now have some wonderful new destinations including Corsica and Zakynthos, as well as expanding our offering in some of our favourite places such as Mallorca, south of France and Crete.

OUR VILLA DINING

Included in the villa offering is your private Scott Dunn chef, chosen for their skill, creativity and passion for food. Your chef will talk to you prior to your arrival and create a delicious, tailor-made menu for your whole family, including separate meals for the children. Visiting the markets and sourcing only the best local ingredients, you can expect to sample the freshest fish, crisp local wines and the juiciest sun-ripened fruit and vegetables, depending on your family’s tastes and requirements.

Your day starts with a continental breakfast with fresh smoothies, followed by a tasty lunch. If you’re planning a day at the

beach or sightseeing, your chef will happily put together a picnic hamper of treats to take with you. Then it’s back to the villa for evening tapas or canapés and a lavish four-course dinner on five of the evenings, served wherever you would like it. On their nights off the chef will even recommend and book a great local restaurant if you wish or prepare marinated meats for you to BBQ at the villa.

OUR Villa childcare Whilst you enjoy the stunning surroundings, delicious cuisine and superb accommodation, you can relax in the knowledge that your children are having the most amazing holiday imaginable, with activities and programmes tailored to their individual needs, all under the watchful eyes of our highly qualified staff.

You won’t need to travel with everything but the kitchen sink as we have all the toys, games and specialist baby equipment you’ll need, ready and waiting.

We cover every tiny detail, from wipes, nappies (up to size 5) and freshly made purées for the smallest of guests, to rash vests and hats for games in the pool or garden. Your personal chef will create meals just for

kids, taking into account any preferences, allergies or simply any of their favourite foods.

Nannies are flexible to fit in with your family needs, either as an extra pair of hands or to take the children off, giving you time to truly relax. They are available for 8 flexible hours for 5.5 days per week. Each day will be different and imaginations will be fuelled with a huge range of fun, stimulating and exciting activities and games including baking, swimming pool races, swing ball, football and bug catching. Our enthusiastic staff can even accompany you on days out to the local town or an afternoon on the beach, as well as baby-sit on the chef’s night off so you can have a night out.

Car hire our way

We have handpicked local car hire suppliers in Mallorca and Portugal for their range of cars, the quality of the children’s car seats and their consistent service and excellent standards.

If you choose a Scott Dunn villa, you’ll be greeted on arrival at

the airport by your villa nanny who can keep the children entertained whilst the car hire paperwork is being signed and where possible we will have organised a ‘fast track’ booking to ensure you get swiftly on your way. In other areas we have a

preferred car hire partner and can arrange what you want at the time of booking.

Not only do we have fantastic childcare during the summer months, it is also available for those keen to ski in the Alps with us. We offer a private nanny service to both our chalet and hotel guests in Courchevel 1850, Val d’Isère, Zermatt and St Anton. Our qualified team look after your children throughout the day and will plan an action packed programme of fun indoor and outdoor activities

such as tobogganing, swimming and creative games. They will also accompany them to and from ski school and encourage the younger ones as they try skiing for the first time. After lessons, nannies can stop for a nutritious lunch (catering for any individual tastes or allergies) or even bring your children to meet you at a mountain restaurant.
