Vanuit de entree zie je direct de open living met vide, kamerhoge raampartijen en een zeven meter hoge haard, die is uitgevoerd in licht natuursteen en bewondering opwekt. Het samenspel van bewegende elementen is als een levend schilderij, en het verre zicht helpt hierbij: de weerspiegeling van de wolken in het water, de natuur in haar verschillende jaargetijden en het schaduwspel dat de ronde armaturen in de grote ruimte creëren.
De hoofdslaapkamersuite bevindt zich in een aparte vleugel en straalt door de fijne materialen, mooie verlichting en luxe afwerking de sfeer van een luxe boetiekhotel uit. De wardrobe heeft een exclusieve uitstraling, onder meer dankzij het donkere hout, het geweven leer en de stalen handgrepen. De wellnessruimte draagt bij aan de heerlijke sfeer die de woning ademt. Vanuit de mist- en regendouche kijk je uit op de gym. Een bijzonder detail in het exterieur van de watervilla zijn de verborgen garagedeuren, die naadloos opgaan in de architectuur van de woning.

From the entrance, the eyes are drawn to the open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a mezzanine floor, and an amazing seven-metre-high fireplace made of light-coloured natural stone. The composition of moving elements is like a living painting that’s even more enhanced by the vast views: the clouds’ reflection on the water, the surrounding nature changing from one season to the next, and the shadows moving around the large light fixtures in the large space.
The master suite, positioned in a separate wing, exudes the atmosphere of a luxury boutique hotel thanks to the sophisticated materials, beautiful lighting, and a luxurious finish. Made with dark wood, woven leather, and steel handles, the wardrobe has an equally exclusive look and feel. On top of that, the wellness space adds even more to the wonderful atmosphere in this breathtaking residence. Here, the mist and rain shower looks out onto the gym.
The water villa’s exterior shows another unique detail in the concealed garage doors, seamlessly incorporated into the architectural design.
