THE STORY SO FAR

I initially stumbled across the world of tiles when creating my first business, Casa La Siesta, a boutique hotel that started life as a rundown outbuilding on a field in southern Spain and went on to become one of Tatler’s Top 100 hotels in the world.

We built Casa La Siesta from the ground up using a mix of reclaimed materials, including antique tiles, and it was during this time I realised just how much these special finds, with their aged colours and distinct patina, could totally transform both interior and exterior areas.

Inspired to share the look to a wider audience, I started a new business with the intention of not simply selling tiles, but helping people create beautiful, timeless spaces. This goal remains central to the company’s ethos today.

PATTERNED

Designed in the UK, our cement tiles are hand poured in southern Spain by fourth generation artisan tile makers. From traditional and intricate to contemporary and geometric, the inspiration for our Patterned collection spans decades of creative influences.

PLAIN

Crafted using natural pigments, our Plain collection sits at the heart of our brand; beautiful chalky tones and a paredback aesthetic underpin everything we do.

GLAZED

Our Glazed tiles are made in Spain and Portugal using traditional techniques to produce a rich, glossy, reflective finish. Cut and glazed by hand, each one has its own subtle nuances, creating a finish which is completely unique.

RECLAIMED

We regularly travel to Spain to source beautiful antique tiles. These pieces are incredibly special and limited edition in the truest sense - time and environment leave their mark, making every single one totally unique and a real product of its surroundings.

TERRACOTTA

From terracotta tiles made by master artisans in Spain to reclaimed terracotta from France, our Terracotta collection is authentic and timeless. These tiles provide a rawness which is perfect for creating a rustic finish while also bringing texture to contemporary and minimalist decor.

MARBLE

Our Marble collection showcases the glamour and beauty of this natural stone, but with an understated Bert & May edge. These tiles are a real celebration of naturally occurring veining and colour which work alongside our core collection beautifully. Available in Green, Rose Pink, Lilac, Black, and White.

TERRAZZO

Made from a considered combination of ground minerals including marble, granite, and quartz, our Terrazzo adds a perfectly judged hit of contemporary flair to interior schemes. Available in Rose, Green, Azure, Green Coarse, Marigold Coarse, and Coarse.
