D'LAMPART

This project is the outcome of the Architecture Design Studio V's Final Project, aiming to provide a solution to the rising housing prices in Lampung by designing an apartment complex in Bandar Lampung.

D'LAMPART

D'LAMPART is a building that fulfills every user's needs. It is constructed as a form of support for users, especially in the property sector, with the aim of providing the best solution for people to live in apartments in Lampung, instead of buying a house. This apartment is located in the urban area of Bandar Lampung, targeting urban professionals with medium to high incomes.

The rational concept involves applying the results from data and analysis, then packaging and creating a well-thought-out design to address the identified issues, culminating in a solution derived from the analysis. The outcome of the solution is then critiqued and refined to meet the client's requirements, resulting in an optimal solution.
