L'Houseisnamedafteritsoccupants'professions,includingafatherasa mechanical engineer, a mother as a teacher, two students, and one housekeeper. The design of L'House uses a rational concept approach by directlyanalyzingtheexistingconditionstomeettheirneeds.

Padang IT (PIT) Learning Centre

Padang IT (PIT) Learning Centre is a central IT education hub located in Padang. Open to the public and catering to all ages, especially in the city of Padang, the building's design follows a rational concept approach to respond to the local site conditions, climate, and culture of Padang, while preservingtheexistingterraincontours.

Rooftop

Thebuildingfeaturesaspaciousrooftop,allowing users to enjoy the beauty of Padang city from thisvantagepoint.

Main Gate

As an access point and marker for vehicle entry and exit. There is a security post to overseethevehiclemovements.

Parking Area

An extensive outdoor parking area for motorcyclesandcars,withenoughspacefor two large buses, catering to a significant numberofvisitors.

Multipurpose Hall

A versatile room for various activities, suitable for largeeventslikeweddings,seminars,andsports,witha sizeequivalentto2badmintoncourts.

Sports Area

Featuringanoutdoorfitnessareaanda3on3basketball court, promoting a healthy lifestyle and providing users withrecreationalopportunities.

Cafetaria

Totoharjo Baywatch Resort & Campsite is a rational Resort Hotel with a beautiful view of the steep 30m2 land in Totoharjo, Bakauheni, South Lampung. Its close proximity to the beach is a unique selling point. Carefully designed, it offers a pleasant experience for visitors. An attractive choice for travelers seeking a memorable stay in South Lampung.

Hotel Camp Resort

Hotel Camp is a resort camp concept hotel with standalone rooms at different elevations, offering varying facilities and direct beachfront viewswithvisibilityofthehotelandrestaurant.

Users will enjoy the beauty of the entrance view of the apartment from the moment they access theentranceuntiltheyreachthedrop-offarea.

Drop Off

Drop Off is the designated area where users can briefly stop with their vehicles before entering the apartment lobby, providing convenient access for arrivals and departures, while ensuring a smoothandorganizedflowoftraffic.

The Sakkak Lifestyle Centre is a lifestyle center that caters to every user's needs. "Sakkak" means nest in the Lampung language, signifying a placewherelivingcreatures,likeantnests,engageinactivities.Thus,the building is designed based on this concept, incorporating Metal Perforatedmaterialtosupportthearchitecturaldesign.

Facade Concept

The Sakkak Lifestyle Centre's concept is inspired by the Papuan ant nest, creating a nested structurewherehumanactivitiesarereminiscent ofantsinsidetheirnest,visiblefromtheoutside, supportedbyMetalPerforatedmaterial.

Support

This design project responds to the needs of the Lampung community by providing open spaces for strolling and enjoying culinary delights, while also supporting UMKM with more suitable selling placesandwideraccessroads.
