About Us Halo Hollow was created for a love of food, culture, and connection – a place to share the Filipino flavors I grew up with and the global recipes I’ve come to love along the way. That balance between honoring the food and making it welcoming to new palates is something I think about every single day – I never want to water down the flavors, the history, or the heart of what we cook just to make it easier to sell. But I also want everyone who walks through our door to feel like there’s something here for them.
