The GUARD LEVEL® MDS is a magnetically coupled gauge-stick giving a visual reference on tank barges during loading for designated “Safe” or “Hazardous” areas complying with all CFR regulations.

Its rugged stainless-steel design and simplicity of operation assures safe loading and prevention of tank overfills – with over 14,000 units currently in service.

The tricolor (green, yellow, and red) gauge stick measures the upper one meter (1M) of tank ullage. Longer and shorter stick lengths can be made to order, along with flange sizes.

Our high temp (HT) version, also optional, is ideal for safe loading of hot oil and asphalt cargo.
