Sales & Letting Negotiators Daily duties would include regular interaction with the public, face to face, by telephone and electronically. Primarily discussing specific properties, taking customers out to view properties and negotiating a mutually acceptable price between those directly involved. An outgoing and confident personality is essential along with the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life. Previous industry experience is an advantage but not essential as full training provided.

Sales & Letting Processors Once a new sale or let has been agreed by Negotiators, the job of a Processor is to ensure that various tasks are undertaken so that buyers or tenants can move in successfully on the day of completion. This will involve regular dialogue with all parties involved. Therefore an outgoing personality, positive attitude and professional approach is really important. People who already fulﬁl this role with us have to be highly organised as they will be running multiple transactions at any one time, all of which are at diﬀerent stages of the process. Previous experience of processing or customer services either in the property industry or elsewhere is an advantage, but not essential as full training would be provided.

Branch Administrators Preparing property particulars, uploading to relevant websites, typing comprehensive condition reports, and producing speciﬁc letters linked to the moving process, are just a few of the many tasks undertaken by our Administrators. The ability to prioritise one’s workﬂow and work in an organised fashion is really important. Previous audio and data entry skills are a real advantage but no previous experience within the property industry is required. Full training will be provided although we would of course, welcome applications from candidates who are currently working in a similar role.

Property Inspection Consultants Working within Residential Lettings, these individuals will conduct periodic internal inspections of the properties we let and manage on behalf of our landlords. Attention to detail is an essential requirement, as is the ability to communicate eﬀectively with all types of people, face to face, by telephone and electronically. Also the ability to manage the working day in an organised manner is essential.

Residential Surveyors This team undertake surveys on residential properties on behalf of private purchasers and most of the major ‘high street’ lenders. If you are currently operating as a Residential Surveyor elsewhere and are R.I.C.S qualiﬁed, then we have some exciting opportunities across Essex on both a full and part time basis.
