Bruce is serving his twelfth term in the House of Representatives. Currently he is the Ranking Member of the House Rural Development, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Committee. He also serves on the Appropriations, and the College and Workforce Development Committees.

Bruce is a proud graduate of Louisiana State University.

Community Service

Volunteerism has always been important to Bruce. He has worked with the Cub Scouts, youth baseball, has been a member of the Washington Growers League, Washington Farm Bureau, Washington Tree Fruit Association, and is a Life Member of the NRA.
