(September, 2015 – Present)  Responsible for creating, documenting and enforcing company-wide Project Delivery Standards & Methods.  Project Architect for large and incredibly complex Federal Government Building Project, which involves eight separate Federal agencies including among others, the F.B.I., the I.R.S., the Department of Homeland Security. This project has required intricate management and coordination of individual Agency Requirements & Security, Federal Regulations & Requirements, as well as a unique project delivery phasing and schedule.  Manage several projects and several project teams simultaneously while managing the office B.I.M. Standards.  Have an integral role in Contract Creation, Review and Revision as well as in project fee proposals and scheduling.  Frequently sought for project implementation input in regards to constructability, code compliance and best practices.  Play a part in almost every project in the office, from pre-design & contract negotiation to construction administration.

(May, 2015 – September, 2015) (January, 2013 – January, 2014)  Initially hired to help shift the identity of the firm toward a more “design-oriented” philosophy & practice and, subsequently, worked closely with the Owner of the firm to develop long-term company growth and development.  Became a reliable resource for design thinking, concept engineering and project planning.  As “B.I.M. Manager” developed Office Standards to transition the company from 2D documentation to B.I.M.  Responsible for managing sensitive project materials like Due Diligence S.O.W. and Cost Estimation materials.  Developed project strategies for Clients and managed Design Teams to implement these strategies.

(January, 2014 – May, 2015)  Generated substantial profit for the firm through extreme efficiency and autonomy.  Produced initial design concepts for several buildings, working closely with office principals and Met with prominent corporate clients for design presentations and project kick-off meetings.  Managed team members on several Request for Proposal competitions with expedited deadlines and Managed and coordinated several Project Documents & Deliverables.  Responsible for coordination with structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and laboratory consultants while maintaining a role as “Lead Designer” for all exterior detailing, including curtain wall, thermal and water mitigation systems.  Responsible for interviewing, selecting and hiring summer interns as well as full-time employees.
