2.2. SWOT analysis

A SWOT Analysis using an online survey/assessment was conducted by staff and coalition members and their experiences informed the development of this RMS. The purpose was to understand the level of understanding of key programme and technical staff on resource mobilization, leveraging; partnerships and collaborative relationships. As a result of this process, the RMS outlines the challenges impacting effective resource mobilization, the current trends in donor funding for human rights priorities, assess internal structures and provides a framework for mobilizing resources.
