HR Dept Wrexham and Chester welcomes four new colleagues

The HR Dept Wrexham and Chester is pleased to announce some exciting changes to the team.

Amanda McKay has been promoted to Director; taking charge of the HR Consultant team and overseeing service delivery across the Wrexham, Chester, and Mid Wales regions.

this status, it has been important to further enhance various facilities for travellers using the airport with a multi-million pound programme of works carried out over the past two winter seasons and completed in time for this year’s Summer season. This has seen the introduction of new food and beverage units and the refurbishment of existing facilities, to create an even wider choice of options for passengers.

The final piece of the jigsaw will be the opening of the new Aspire Executive Lounge that will be over three times the floor space of the existing facility and able to cater for twice as many guests with space for over 200 when it opens this Autumn.

Combining these improvements with the installation earlier this year of the latest generation security equipment so that liquids and large electrical items can remain in hand luggage, is helping Liverpool to remain the region’s faster, easier, friendlier airport of choice.

Following the successful completion of her Apprenticeship, Harriet Cooke has been promoted to HR Consultant. She is joined by Amy Cox, who brings experience from manufacturing and construction. Izzy Francis has also been appointed Apprentice HR Consultant after completing her work experience programme with the company. Managing Director, Niamh Kelly, commented, “These appointments bring us valuable insight and expertise, reflecting our continued commitment to excellence in HR consultancy. We look forward to the positive impact our team will make to the challenges our clients face – particularly with the publication of the new Employment Rights Bill in late Autumn.”
