FUTURES, CAREERS & EMPLOYABILITY with Shooters Hill Sixth Form College

Jasbinder Mato Futures Manager

Shooters Hill Sixth Form College Futures Team are committed to shaping the lives of students for the future world of work. Our Annual Careers Programme demonstrates that we believe in empowering our students to build on their employability skills, inspiring students to make better informed decisions about their future career pathway.

We are a sixth form college located in the heart of Royal Borough of Greenwich and are proud to announce that we have managed to build and sustain robust working relationships, that have developed Business Partnerships, bridging the gap between education and careers.

The College T level offer will be growing and ever evolving, and we will be offering more courses year on year. This is a perfect time for organisations to be involved and achieve their social value commitments.

If you are an employer that is passionate about taking the lead in adding corporate social value to your company, then look no further! There are many ways that you can demonstrate your commitment towards supporting young people in the community by taking part in the following.

I am excited to share that our new and existing partners have innovative plans with us such as the Health Care Careers Day launch, aimed at future health care specialists, offered to all secondary schools in the Borough, in conjunction with the Royal Borough of Greenwich and NHS on 20th February 2024.

To help support our students’ careers and employability skills, and to further develop their knowledge and give them a real insight, we encourage employers to take part in the above-mentioned events.
