METAL SHELF The Metal Shelf is a visually light add-on made of metal profiles that expands existing storage space. With its clean lines, it creates an open, modern look and lends any piece of furniture an architectural presence. Available in various heights—optionally with or without a back panel — it offers versatile possibilities: as a functional storage extension or as
a stage for personal accents and decorative displays. In this way, organization and presentation are elegantly combined. The Metal Shelf is specifically designed for the KX storage system as well as the CUBE_S sliding-door cabinet. Its coordinated technical connection to the carcass and top panel ensures stability and easy integration.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The Metal Shelf structures the room and is ideal for dividing spaces or as an open storage surface. It can optionally be fitted with rear walls, allowing an open or partially closed design of the niches. The Metal Shelf can be mounted on the CUBE_S sliding-door cabinet and on the KX storage unit.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION – REAR WALL REAR WALL POSITIONS The rear wall can be designed in three ways: flush to the rear, flush to the front or no rear wall. A different type of rear wall can be selected for each compartment. The surface finish (melamine or veneer) and the back wall finish (with or without fabric, on one or both sides) can be defined separately for each vertical row. Flush back

FABRIC REAR WALL The rear wall can optionally be configured as a pinnable fabric panel. Construction varies depending on the configuration: · without fabric rear wall: 19 mm chipboard · single-sided fabric rear wall: 16 mm chipboard core + 3 mm MDF on one side + 5 mm soft fibreboard + manufacturer’s fabric · double-sided fabric rear wall: 12 mm chipboard core + 3 mm MDF on both sides + 5 mm soft fibreboard + manufacturer’s fabric Installation positions can be either “flush at the front” or “flush at the back.” In these positions, the fabric rear wall extends approximately 4 mm. For a single-sided fabric rear wall, the configuration allows the fabric to be mounted either on the inside or the outside.

SIDE PANEL Optional side panels can be selected for each open compartment. These provide additional visual screening and enclose the open shelving unit from the sides. Material and finish: 19 mm chipboard, available in melamine or veneer. The side panels can also be added later. Dimensions: depth 399 mm, height 330 mm.
