JO JOSSEVEL Senior Consultant - Accounting, Finance & Projects Jo has an extensive background in Accounting, both in New Zealand and the UK, and has worked in recruitment since 2000, predominantly with OCG. Jo joined the A&F team in 2003 and specialises in public sector clients.

CLARE O’SULLIVAN Manager - Technology - Project & Change Recruitment Clare began her recruitment career in 1998 and has recruited across all roles within the Technology sector. In the past 6 years, Clare also has specialised in Project Services across both Technology and Business led projects. Clare currently manages the Technology and Project teams for OCG and works across all industry sectors. She is experienced in contract and permanent recruitment, is well versed in large account management and talent pooling for these.

LUCINDA BARTON Senior Consultant - Sales and Marketing & HR With over 12 years experience in recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Communications and Research roles, Lucinda has worked in some capacity across almost all aspects of executive recruitment. Her area of specialisation is now Sales, Marketing, Communications roles across the Services Sector including Government.

KIRSTY CELS Consulting Manager – Human Resources Kirsty has worked in the recruitment industry since 1998. She developed her career initially with OCG Consulting progressing into leadership team roles, overseeing both a specialist Sales & Marketing and cross-functional sector team. More recently Kirsty ran her own specialist recruitment business for a number of years and has also been in Human Resources where she led the People & Performance function for a well-known FMCG business. She recruits mid to Senior HR roles across all sectors.

ANA DRAGULESCU Consultant - Technology Ana has several years’ experience in both internal and agency recruitment and has recruited across different industries. In more recent years however, Technical recruitment is what inspires Ana as she feels that there is nothing greater than enabling smart people in order to create amazing work. She specialises in the Development, Digital and Testing space in both contract and permanent roles. With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management and International Business, Ana’s point of difference as a recruiter is her ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.

DEANNE PINTO Team Manager - Business Support and Contact Centre Deanne started her recruitment journey in 2008 at a generalist recruitment agency working within the Contact Centre space and then moved into Business Support. She joined Chandler Macleod in 2017 in the Auckland South East branch specialising in Business Support and now manages the Auckland City and South East Auckland teams. She has solid end to end recruitment experience within public and private sectors from filling fast paced, high volume roles within the temporary and permanent space.
