Free shipping items will be delivered freight prepaid to all direct shipping points located within the 48 contiguous United States. Rural shipping addresses may be charged an incidental surcharge as shipping to these rural locations have higher associated delivery costs. DELIVERY AREA SURCHARGE
Although our Free Shipping Policy covers the cost of transportation and delivery to Direct Shipping Points for the majority of our shipments within the 48 contiguous states (excluding any applicable surcharges), shipments destined to Non-Direct Shipping Points will be subject to a Delivery Area Surcharge fee. When you ship to less-populated or rural areas, carriers charge additional fees on top of the regular cost of the shipment to pick up or deliver your packages. These extra fees called ‘delivery area surcharges’ (DAS) offset the carrier’s cost for the extra miles on a truck to remote or less-accessible areas. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
