In 2021, wepurchased two acresof Charbono vines to plant at Tallent Vineyards. We'realready anticipating how thefirst Texas-grown Charbono will tastein the bottle

Thisisagrowing trend in theindustry becausethe foil only servesan ornamental function. Our decision to only usecapsulesin rare instancesmoving forward is another step in sustainable winery practices The elimination of foil means lesswastein landfills, better useof personnel time, and superior winevalue.
