Belmont 16s Centenary Project Update

GROUND FLOOR REVEALED!

Stage one of our ground floor renovations has revealed our fresh coastal interior fit out, a key element that feature throughout the entire Centenary Project redevelopment.

The newly rebranded SALT Kitchen and Sails Eatery space boasts light terrazzo tile, herringbone wooden floors, elevated ceiling aspects and of course vast windows as far as your gaze can stretch across Belmont Bay! Antique brass detail and coastal navy splashes feature throughout the area in aesthetic and functional ways.

The furniture selected to cater for extended diner capacity of 472 was proudly produced and tested right here in Australia as a first for Melbourne based company Identity Furniture offering a plethora of seating options in the eatery, lakeside lounge, waterfront Courtyard as well as the indoor-outdoor dining spaces. While some of the finishing touches are still being finalised, our next stage is already underway.
