Our sales group welcomes you to the 10th Annual Summit 3 Speckle Park Sale. What a journey since it’s inception! Starting in a barn lounge and continuing until today. This was the first Speckle Park Sale and one that has continued to be one of the leading annual Speckle Park events. In addition, this is a very special year for us at Codiak as it also represents not only 10 years of the Summit sale but 30 years of breeding Speckle Park cattle. We thank our partners River Hill Farm and Colgan’s Cattle Company for being with us. There are 62 years of breeding experience amongst the partners. As well as our partners, a special thanks to our families, sales staff and all the people who have supported us. Some of our sales staff have been with us since Day 1. They helped with the original orchestration and until today, remain friends. Should the opportunity prevail, please join us at our “Buyers, Bulls, Bangers and Beers” on Friday March 27th between the hours of 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. for viewing, great conversation and some live entertainment. Pullin’ out all the stops this year! The first 150 adults attending the sale will receive a commemorative engraved Moscow Mule cup. We may even fill it! U.S. BUYERS All live animals that sell are guaranteed exportable to the U.S. Export costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The rate of exchange will be announced sale day from the block. HEALTH GUARANTEES All bulls and females are guaranteed breeders and in good breeding condition. All bulls are semen tested & guaranteed to be breeders. Each animal becomes the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as sold. All bulls must be insured. DELIVERY If delivery is required, buyer must be able to accept delivery when sellers facilitate transport to that area or make arrangements to pick up at a later date. Free board is offered until May 1, 2020, and at a cost of $5/day thereafter. Bulls being left with the seller must be insured. IN-HERD SEMEN Summit 3 consignors reserve the right to draw semen for in-herd use - at their expense and at the buyer’s convenience - on any bull in the sale. LIABILITIES: All persons attend the sale at their own risk. The seller, facility owner and sale manager assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents that occur.
