All settlements must be made with the sale clerk before the animals will be released, unless there has been an agreement made between the seller and purchaser prior to the sale. DISPUTES In case of disputes the bidding will be reopened between the parties. If there are no further bids, the buyer will be the person the auctioneer accepted the last bid from. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be final. INSURANCE Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser at the time of sale. If the animals are not taken home by the new owner sale day, arrangements must be made with the seller on March 30, 2019 for delivery. Animals returning to the seller’s farm must be insured. U.S. BUYERS All live animals that sell are guaranteed exportable to the U.S. Export costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The rate of exchange will be announced sale day from the block. HEALTH GUARANTEES All bulls and females are guaranteed breeders and in good breeding condition. All bulls are semen tested & guaranteed to be breeders. Each animal becomes the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as sold. All bulls must be insured. DELIVERY We are pleased to deliver cattle free of charge within 250 miles, further at cost. Anyone taking advantage of the free trucking must insure their bulls. Free board is offered until May 1, 2019, and at a cost of $5/day thereafter. IN-HERD SEMEN Summit 3 consignors reserve the right to draw semen for in-herd use - at their expense and at the buyer’s convenience - on any bull in the sale.
