TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Proper transfer instructions must be provided at the conclusion of the sale.

Extensions will be granted on order bids only. Cost incurred due to incorrect transfer information will be borne by the purchaser.

Ownership will not be transferred until full settlement has been made.

GUARANTEE

Each animal becomes the purchaser’s risk immediately after the animal is sold.

Females have been pregnancy tested safe and are considered breeders without any further guarantee. Bull calves, if failing to become breeders, will be replaced or credit given for the purchase of a replacement.

LIABILITY

All persons attend the sale at their own risk. The owners, their employees, sales staff, representatives and facility owner assume no liability, legal or otherwise,

should any accidents occur.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be at cost and the buyer’s risk, should the buyer choose delivery.

Assistance will be provided for arranging delivery of cattle. Export cattle will have all necessary health testing performed.

Other costs (i.e. brokerage, etc.) will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

INSURANCE

Agents will be in attendance to insure your purchases. We strongly recommend that purchases are insured for full value.
