Achieve ANY of the six Confidence Pay Guarantee ranks in the month you enroll through the following six months to secure the minimum guarantee. In the unlikely event that your earned commissions are less than the guarantee, BELLAME will cover the difference. That’s how confident we are in our plan!

Our Confidence Pay Guarantee is offered to Leaders who enroll from February 2025 through December 2025. Achieve ANY of the six Confidence Pay Guarantee ranks in the month you enroll through the following six months to secure the minimum guarantee.
Example: If you join in July 2025, you can earn the remainder of July plus August through January 2026.
Achieve any of the six Confidence Pay Guarantee ranks during your qualification period to secure guaranteed pay for the month in the unlikely event that your standard commissions fall short of the guarantee.
Your standard commissions earned for activity during the month are paid out in three deposits:
Commissions earned for Personal Sales and enroller activity are paid in two payments, one for the 1st-14th and one for the 15th-31st of each month.
Commissions earned for Quickstart, Elite Sales, Promotion, Leadership Maintenance, Line, & Generation activity for the full month on the 15th of the following month.
If the total standard commissions earned for your rank do not meet the guaranteed amount, BELLAME will cover the difference— ensuring that you receive the minimum guaranteed pay for any month in which you held the eligible Confidence Pay Guarantee Rank during your qualification period for this program.
There is no limit to your earnings through standard commission in our Omni Compensation Plan. This program supports new leaders as they build within our brand, showcasing our confidence in the plan until they see results firsthand. If your monthly commissions exceed our guarantee, congratulations—you’re off to an amazing start! No additional pay will be earned through this program.
As standard with our BELLAME Omni Compensation Plan, a Brand Partner must have an active Brand Partner account to receive payments and be in good standing to qualify for the Confidence Pay Guarantee. This Confidence Pay Guarantee is for the Brand Partner enrolled and tied to their account; it is not transferable.
