Our Journey 1. Kidder Hall Kidder Hall renovations were completed in January 2024, relocating Sanford’s technology department from Pirnie Hall to its lower level.
2. Alumni & Archives Room The Alumni & Archives Room, located in a cozy corner of Kidder Hall’s lower floor, is a new space dedicated to celebrating our alumni and exploring Sanford’s rich history.
3. Pirnie Hall Pirnie Hall’s new Physics Lab opened in 2024-25, offering students hands-on opportunities to explore and innovate in science.

5. Middle School Upgrades In 2025, the Middle School added energy recovery units, mini-split AC heat pumps, renovated science labs, and new carpet in common areas.
Renovations added new windows, floors, doors, electrical systems, classroom equipment, a solar roof, patio, pathway, and remodeled interior spaces.

7. Lower School Addition
The middle school's water retention basin will be replaced by an underground facility, creating new green space for students to use.
The Lower School will add five new classrooms and an upgraded nurse's suite, opening fall 2027 after construction begins in summer 2026.
