Our Boys

Our Boys is a piece of contemporary dance that reflects upon the choreographer's childhood experiences, including those of mental health and loss. Developed to be a shared live communal experience with audiences, this performance challenges the stereotypes young men struggle with, yet don't talk about.

Inspired by works such as DV8's Can We Talk About This? Our Boys hopes to inspire young people to abandon fear when discussing wellbeing in an attempt to destigmatise ‘opening up’.
