Our team Captain Cool is a unit of Aceteam Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Formed in the early 2017, Captain Cool is the brainchild of our founders, who envisioned a brand, committed to offering students, schools, colleges and Corporates /Institutions, excellent quality ready made uniforms, at an affordable price. With a strong social conscience and exceptional value for money, we aim to better the uniform culture in India. The team consists of graduates from the NIFT, New Delhi and AIFD, Bengaluru, operating under the fine guidance of the most experienced managers. We are a very close knit team, expertising in Textile Design, Apparel Design and Garment manufacturing. Together we strive to create something never seen before.

Why choose us? There are two categories of school uniform providers: those that manufacture (or private label) and those that don’t. Captain Cool takes great pride in the fact that we are a manufacturer. In our case, being a manufacturer affords us the distinct advantage of being able to better manage our inventory levels and guarantee quality control. In contrast, when a company purchases product from a second or third party manufacturer, deliveries are dependent on that vendor. Avoiding the “middle man� creates a hassle free work environment.
We design At Captain Cool, we believe in the design process. Unlike most people, we don’t just show you catalogues, but with the help of our dedicated design team create a unique identity for your school. Our design team follows a design brief ( as discussed with you) and creates mockups of the design. This saves a lot of time and money gone into multiple sampling sessions. We individually go through the requirements of every school and finalize designs based on mockups.
We know our fabrics Common problems with most uniforms in the market: HIGH POLYESTER BLENDS FOR SUMMERS - In peak summers, Bihar touches 40°C and beyond. Polyester keeps the body warmer because of its low breathability. The fabrics in the most uniforms are usually 90% Polyester and 10% cotton. SOLUTION - The advisable ratio according to the climate in Bihar should be 50% cotton and 50% polyester to keep the children from feeling extremely hot during summers and also feeling extremely cold during winters. USE OF FLANNEL FABRIC FOR BLAZERS: The fabric is very difficult to maintain and is susceptible to pilling( small balls of fibre on the surface of the fabric). SOLUTION - A wool and polyester is recommended in this case. USE OF HIGH COTTON CONTENT: In winters, cotton is not suitable due to high breathability which keeps the body cool. SOLUTION - A polyester/cotton blend is recommended so that the same shirt can be worn in both winters and summers
We manufacture Once the designs are through and prototypes finalized, we treat them as benchmark. A production plan is created which is shared with you and a purchase/ supply order is agreed upon. The production plan is sent to our workshop where the order is executed.
We have the best Our workshop is equipped with the latest machinery available in market. The machines meet highest industry standards and promise effective and efficient production. Everything, from cutting of raw materials to packing of finished goods, happens under this roof. We are really fortunate to have the most skilled masters and tailors who work day and night to ensure the quality of the product is never compromised. We attend to the smallest details and set high standards of craftsmanship.
We customize For all the odd sizes out there, we offer customized tailoring services at a very affordable price. All fabrics are available throughout the year and we can make uniforms as per individual measurements in a very short period.
We have inventory control The biggest drawback of depending on a third party is running out of stock. No supplier can immediately restock his inventory if there is a sudden shortage. This results in a large number of students not getting their uniforms when school sessions. We, at Captain Cool are able to maintain constant stocks throughout the year due to our in-house manufacturing.
We have a shop! Located in the heart of the city, we are soon to open an exclusive showroom besides SP Kothi, Gaya. It is envisioned to be a one stop shop for all students dealing in: - Uniforms - Books - Stationery - Sports With ample amount of parking space and three floors dedicated to give an unmatched shopping experience, Captain Cool cannot wait to share this moment with you.
We go the extra mile... Apart from business, we also wish to create employment locally and impart skills through training. We also run a free training programme where men and women are trained in sewing, cutting and finishing of goods. We take the social responsibility of uplifting these people by enhancing their craft and giving them work close to home.
