Freek Vonk is more than a biologist and scientist. Freeks Wilde Wereld has been one of the best-watched children’s television programmes on Dutch television for years. Alongside this, Freek has his own magazine Wild by Freek, live shows every Christmas holiday called Freek Vonk Live. And there is also the toy line Freeks and several children’s books are published every year in the series Freeks Wilde Avonturen, containing the most beautiful and exciting stories from nature.
