Steps for setting up a printer
1. Click on the Chrome menu in the top right corner of your browser.
2. Hit Settings.

3.Click Advanced.
4. Look for a section labeled Printing.

You can get this from your network administrator or by inspecting your printer. b. 6. If you’ve connected a printer via USB, you should see it appear here. If not, we will need to add one via the network.
7. Click Add Printer, and give your printer a name.
8. Enter the IP address of the printer.
9. Once you have your printer’s IP address, enter it on the Chromebook’s Add Printer page. IPP should do the trick in most cases.
10. Click Add.
Your printer is now connected, and you’re ready to print!
