Collaboration is one of our core values. We believe in the power of collective impact and supporting one another in the community.
Community Partnerships
At BJM, our long-term strategy targets collective change. BJM invests in transformational relationships with our volunteers, donors and community partners, including local, national and international organizations. We focus on the quality and reach of our relationships and track cumulative outcomes. We do not do this work alone.
COMMUNITY RESOURCES & SCHOOLS 2014 - 2023
BJM has made 111 partnership impacts with community resources and local schools to date.
The chart at left highlights the cultivation and growth of community partnerships since 2014.
Our Mission & Results with Community Resources and Schools: In 2023, three community resources and schools reached the expect-to-see level, shown in orange. Together, we developed plans to work together to support local youth. As shown in green, five community resources and schools reached the like-to-see level. Together we forged a deeper relationship, shared resources and best practices, and developed mutually beneficial programs for youth. Delightedly, four community resources and schools reached the love-to-see level, as shown in the lavender. Together, we developed a model to support youth, shared that model with a broader audience and built a collective impact for youth in the community.
