DAY ONE

Speaker: Joanie Gonella, CPE Location: La Perouse Room 1 - Conference Room Delivering effective electrolysis requires an understanding of how electrical modalities interact with skin, hair structures, and probe technology. This course covers the three primary modalities—Thermolysis, Galvanic, and Blend— emphasising heating patterns, skin impedance, probe interaction, and treatment customisation. Explore anatomy updates, hair regeneration mechanisms, and how to optimise performance using the right probe-modality pairing. Suitable for both new and experienced electrologists. 10:50 AM - 11:10 AM: Morning Tea / Networking Location: La Perouse Room 2 - Exhibitors Hall 11:10 AM - 1:10 PM: Electrolysis Tissue Injury: From Normal to Extreme Reactions Speaker: Joanie Gonella, CPE Location: La Perouse Room 1 - Conference Room Explore the spectrum of tissue reactions during electrolysis. Learn to distinguish between normal and abnormal skin responses, understand healing mechanisms, and implement strategies to avoid adverse effects. Gain insights into balancing efficacy and safety while maintaining client trust and professional standards. 1:10 PM - 2:40 PM: Extended Lunch Break (90mins) Location: La Perouse Room 2 - Exhibitors Hall Exhibitors, Sponsor Displays, Networking & hands-on demonstrations and treatment experiences.

2:40 PM - 3:40 PM: Achieving Zero Regrowth: The Power of Galvanic & MultiNeedle Precision Speaker: Noreen Roesler Location: La Perouse Room 1 - Conference Room For 150 years, electrolysis has been called permanent, yet regrowth remains part of our professional language. This seminar dares to ask why. Join Noreen Roesler as she challenges long-held assumptions and reveals the science, history, and refinement behind the only method proven to deliver true permanence. Discover how time, depth, and diffusion, not speed, determine results, and how multineedle galvanic electrolysis reaches every regenerative zone, even those science has not yet mapped. Explore specialist applications where only galvanic can go, including treating inside the mouth, over tattoos, and on skin grafts, with a level of precision that heat-based methods cannot match. For too long, the industry has accepted regrowth as inevitable. Perhaps the method was never the problem, only our mastery of it.

3:40 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon Tea Location: La Perouse Room 2 - Exhibitors Hall 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM: Panel Discussion: Education, Regulation & Safe Practice in Electrolysis
