PRELIMINARY A. Call To Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order by Jelani Memory at 6:03 P.M. B.
Roll Call Director Memory called for a response from those in attendance. Directors Memory, Winning, and Englehart answered affirmatively. Directors Burch and Gallagher were absent. Board Members: ● Jordan Burch, Board Chair - 3-year term ending June 30, 2021 ● Jelani Memory, Board Vice-Chair - 3-year term ending June 30, 2021 ● Michael Winning, Secretary/Treasurer - 2-year term ending June 30, 2023 ● Jack Gallagher, Board Member - 2-year term ending June 30, 2019, extended by bylaws to June 30, 2022 ● Travis Englehart, Board Member appointed November 18, 2019, term ending June 30, 2021

Approval of Previous Board Minutes Director Winning moved and Director Englehart seconded that the Frontier Charter Academy Board of Directors approve the Board Meeting Minutes of the regular session on August 17, 2020 as presented. The motion passed 3-0. (Directors Burch & Gallagher absent)
COMMUNICATIONS A. PUBLIC COMMENTS: No individual comment shall be for more than three (3) minutes and the total time for this purpose shall not exceed fifteen (15) minutes. Board members may respond to comments however no action can be taken. The Board may give direction to staff following comments. B.

BOARD/STAFF DISCUSSION Reports: 1. Auditor’s Report Leann Hertel and David Bledsoe from Pauly Rogers presented a verbal report of the 19/20 audited financial statements. The firm issued an unmodified opinion of the cash basis basic financial statements. This means that FCA was given a “clean” opinion with no reservations, material weaknesses, or significant deficiencies. Ms. Hertel stated that there are upcoming changes to the accounting standards, but only one that would impact FCA and it is in regards to leases.
