Terms & Conditions of Entry 1. Promoter The promoter is Beaumont Tiles Pty Ltd (ABN 61 007 703 997) of 321 Richmond Road, Adelaide Airport SA 5950 ("Promoter"). 2. Competition Name Win Back Your Order! 3. Competition Period The competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 14 September 2026 and closes at 5.00pm AEDT on 31 October 2026 ("Competition Period"). 4. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. This promotion is open to retail customers only. Trade customers are not eligible to enter. Purchases made through a Beaumont Tiles Trade Account, Bunnings PowerPass membership, builder account, commercial account, contractor account, wholesale account or any other trade pricing arrangement are excluded from this promotion and will not constitute an eligible entry Directors, officers, management, employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are ineligible to enter. 5. How to Enter During the Competition Period, eligible retail customers must: 1.
Make a Qualifying Purchase from Beaumont Tiles in a single transaction during the Competition Period;
2.
Scan the competition QR code displayed in a participating Beaumont Tiles store or visit the designated competition landing page online;
3.
Complete and submit the online competition entry form;
4.
Answer the following competition question: “What room would you renovate next if you won back your order?”
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt, tax invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase when requested may result in the entry being deemed invalid. Qualifying Purchase means a retail purchase of $1,000 or more, inclusive of GST, made in a single transaction from Beaumont Tiles during the Competition Period. It excludes purchases made through a Beaumont Tiles Trade Account, Bunnings PowerPass membership, builder account, commercial account, contractor account, wholesale account or any other trade pricing arrangement. Entries must be received during the Competition Period to be valid. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By submitting an entry, each entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions. 6. Entry Limits Unless otherwise advised by the Promoter, entrants may submit one (1) entry per eligible transaction.

7. Judging This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All valid entries will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. Entries will be assessed on the basis of: •
Imagination and creativity;
•
Inspiration and personal story;
•
Relevance to the promotional question;
•
Quality of expression
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If two or more entries are assessed equally, the judges will reassess those entries against the stated judging criteria to determine the winning entry. No random process will be used to resolve a tied result. 8. Prize One (1) winner will receive a refund equivalent to the value of their eligible Beaumont Tiles order, up to a maximum prize value of AUD $10,000. If the value of the winner's eligible order exceeds $10,000, the maximum prize awarded will be $10,000. The prize: •
Is not transferable;
•
Is not exchangeable;
•
Cannot be redeemed for credit against another purchase; and
•
Cannot be substituted except at the Promoter's discretion or where required by law.
•
The prize will be distributed as a deposit into an ADI account.
The prize will be calculated based on the final amount paid by the winner for the Qualifying Purchase, after applying any discounts, credits, cancellations, returns or refunds. If the Qualifying Purchase is cancelled or fully refunded before the prize is awarded, the entry will be invalid. If part of the Qualifying Purchase is cancelled or refunded, the prize value will be reduced accordingly. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the retail status of any entrant and to disqualify any entry associated with a trade, commercial, builder, contractor, wholesale or PowerPass account. 9. Winner Selection and Notification Judging will take place on Monday 2nd November at the Promoter's offices. The winner will be notified by phone and email within five (5) business days of judging. The winner must respond and provide the requested verification information within seven days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest-ranked valid entry based on the judging criteria. The replacement winner will be notified by phone and email.

The winner's name may also be published on Beaumont Tiles' website and social media channels. 10. Verification The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who: •
Tampers with the entry process;
•
Submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
•
Provides misleading or fraudulent information; or
•
Engages in conduct that may damage the reputation of the Promoter.
11. Publicity By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name, suburb, photograph and entry response for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. 12. Privacy Personal information collected in connection with the competition will be used to administer the competition, verify entries, contact and announce the winner, deliver the prize, and otherwise manage the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Beaumont Tiles Privacy Policy. Entrants’ information will only be used for marketing communications where the entrant has provided the required consent. 13. Liability Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or expense suffered or incurred in connection with the competition or the acceptance and use of any prize. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, misdirected or not received due to technical, telecommunications or other failures beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. The time of entry will be the time the completed entry is received by the Promoter. 14. General The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent it from conducting the competition as planned, subject to applicable laws and any regulatory requirements.
