Terms & Conditions of Entry 1. Promoter The promoters of the competition are Beaumont Tiles Pty Ltd (ABN 61 007 703 997) of 321 Richmond Road, Adelaide Airport SA 5950 ("Promoter") and Melbourne United Basketball Pty Ltd (“Melbourne United”) (ABN 60 626 901 102) of 77-79 Tulip Street, Cheltenham, VIC, 3192 (“Promoter”). 2. Competition Name Win An 8-seat Courtside Box 3. Competition Period The competition commences at 12:00pm AEST on 2 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 7 December 2026 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted. 4. Eligibility & Entry Limits Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Beaumont Tiles, Melbourne United and agencies directly associated with the administration of this competition are ineligible to enter. Unless otherwise advised by the Promoter, entrants may submit one (1) entry. Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 5. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received during the Competition Period to be valid. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By submitting an entry, each entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions. 6. Game of Skill This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry will be individually judged on its merits based on: •

The entry deemed the most creative and compelling by the judging panel will be selected as the winner. If two or more entries are assessed equally, the judges will reassess those entries against the stated judging criteria to determine the winning entry. No random process will be used to resolve a tied result. 7. Judging Judging will take place between 8 December 2026 and 10 December 2026. All valid entries will be reviewed by representatives of the Melbourne United Marketing Team. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The judges will assess entries against the published judging criteria and may determine the relative ranking of entries in their reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law. The Promoter may retain judging records for verification and compliance purposes. 8. Prize There is one (1) prize to be won. The prize consists of: •

Food and beverage package included

Attendance at the designated Melbourne United home game on 23 December 2026

The total prize value is approximately AUD $4,500. The prize: •

Is not transferable

Is not exchangeable

•

Cannot be redeemed for cash

•

Must be taken on the specified event date

Transport to and from the venue is not included. Flights and accommodation are not included. Prize does not include any additional catering, beverages or merchandise unless specified by Melbourne United. If the winner is unable to attend the nominated game on 23 December 2026, the prize will be forfeited and no alternative date, compensation or substitute prize will be provided unless determined otherwise by the Promoter.

If the prize, or any component of the prize, becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval, substitute the unavailable prize or component with a prize of equal or greater value. If the designated Melbourne United home game is postponed, relocated or otherwise rescheduled, the prize will apply to the rescheduled or relocated event where reasonably practicable. If the game is cancelled, played without spectators, or the corporate box experience cannot be provided, the Promoter may provide an alternative prize or experience of equal or greater value. The Promoter will notify the winner of any material change as soon as reasonably practicable. No cash alternative will be provided. All costs not expressly included in the prize description, including transport, accommodation, parking, insurance and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner and their guests. Any tax implications arising from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner, who should obtain independent tax advice. The winner and their guests must comply with all ticketing terms, venue conditions of entry, security requirements, codes of conduct and lawful directions of the venue operator, Melbourne United and the Promoter. Entry may be refused or a person may be removed from the venue for non-compliance, without compensation. The winner is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for ensuring that each guest complies with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable venue requirements. All guests must satisfy any age, identification and supervision requirements imposed by law or the venue. Any supply or consumption of alcohol is subject to applicable liquor licensing laws, the venue’s responsible service of alcohol policies and age verification requirements. Alcohol will only be supplied to persons aged 18 years or over, and service may be refused to any person in accordance with law or venue policy. 9. Winner Selection and Notification Judging will take place between 8 December 2026 and 10 December 2026 at Melbourne United Basketball Club’s offices. The winner will be notified by phone and email within three (3) business days of competition closing, by the 11 December 2026. The winner must respond and provide the requested verification information within seven days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest-ranked valid entry based on the judging criteria. The replacement winner will be notified by phone and email. The winner's name may also be published on Beaumont Tiles' website and social media channels. The winner’s name may also be announced during the Melbourne United Basketball game on 12 December 2026. 10. Verification The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. Before awarding the prize, the Promoter may require an entrant to provide acceptable proof of identity, age, Australian residency and compliance with the eligibility requirements. An entrant who does not provide the requested evidence within the timeframe specified by the Promoter may be deemed ineligible. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who: •

Tampers with the entry process;

Submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

•

Provides misleading or fraudulent information; or

Engages in conduct that may damage the reputation of the Promoter.

The Promoter may also disqualify any entrant who uses automated entry methods or multiple identities, submits plagiarised, defamatory, unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content, infringes another person’s rights, interferes with the operation of the competition, or otherwise acts inconsistently with the spirit of the competition. 11. Entry Content and Intellectual Property Each entrant warrants that their entry is their own original work, has not been copied from another source, does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or other rights, and is not defamatory, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate. Entrants retain ownership of their entries. Each entrant grants the Promoter and Melbourne United a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish, communicate and adapt their entry solely for administering, announcing and promoting the competition and its outcome, in any media, subject to applicable law. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity activities as requested by Beaumont Tiles or Melbourne United. 12. Publicity By entering, entrants agree that the Promoters may use their name, suburb, photograph and entry response for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. The winner's first name, surname initial and state of residence may be published by Beaumont Tiles and Melbourne United for promotional purposes. 13. Privacy Personal information collected in connection with the competition will be used by Beaumont Tiles and Melbourne United to administer the competition, verify entries, contact and announce the winner and arrange the prize. By entering the competition, entrants also consent to receiving marketing and promotional communications from Beaumont Tiles and Melbourne United using the contact details provided. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in those communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Beaumont Tiles and Melbourne United's Privacy Policies. Entrants will only receive marketing communications where they have separately consented to receive them. 14. Liability Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control in connection with the competition or prize. 15. General The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent it from conducting the competition as planned, subject to applicable laws and any regulatory requirements.

If the competition is promoted through Facebook, Instagram or any other third-party platform, the competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform. Each entrant releases the relevant platform from liability to the extent permitted by law and acknowledges that information is provided to the Promoter, not to the platform. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be read down to the minimum extent necessary or, if it cannot be read down, severed, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts competent to hear appeals from them, subject to any rights under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.
