I Chose Beaumonts Competition We’d love to see your amazing project and hear why you chose Beaumonts. And just for sharing your before & after images, you’ll have the chance to WIN back the price of your tiles* to use on your next project.

Prize Details The winner will receive a tile voucher to the value of the tiles that featured in the winning renovation, capped at $1,500 at full RRP. Tile voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue and is not transferable or exchangeable in any way and cannot be taken as cash.

Competition runs monthly (calendar months) from January to December, so 12 separate competitions in total.

By entering this competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these terms and conditions. Beaumont Tiles may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

This competition is open to residents of Australia. Beaumont Tiles employees and trade are excluded from entering this competition. Winners of the Beaumont Tiles #ichosebeaumonts Competition in a previous month are excluded from entering this competition.

Entry into this competition is free.

This competition is not a game of chance. Each entry will be judged by a panel of judges selected by Beaumont Tiles. The decision of Beaumont Tiles and the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winning entry will be the entry our judges determine, in their absolute discretion, as representing the best before to after transformation.

Beaumont Tiles reserves the right to abandon the competition or award no prize if our judges determine that no entries meet a suitable standard to be awarded a prize.

Images must be original shots. Images not considered original (ie. purchased or edited in any way) will not be eligible and that entry will be invalid.

All tiles in the project must be from approved Beaumont Tiles suppliers. Tiles from unapproved suppliers and/or other retailers will void the entry.

By entering you consent to our ‘Terms of Image Use’ including reposting and sharing your content via other channels including, but not limited, to social media, electronic communications, website, banners, public relations, print material and sales and marketing materials. You are providing Beaumont Tiles with nonexclusive, royalty-free, unlimited rights to use this content. All copyright is waived by the entrant upon entry.

If you change your mind about sharing your content with Beaumont Tiles, please contact us in writing at socialsupport@tile.com.au and tell us you no longer want us to use your content. Please include details of your social media handles, and screen shot of your shared image.

Any entry uploaded after the expiry of the competition period will be invalid. Beaumont Tiles takes no responsibility for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries. When another competition commences immediately following this one and any late entry satisfies its terms and conditions, the entry will be eligible for that competition.

The winner of the competition will be notified in writing and announced on the Beaumont Tiles website, Facebook and Instagram page by the end of the first full business week of the following month.

If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of the winner being notified, Beaumont Tiles reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.

Beaumont Tiles reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify and/or remove any entry that, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory material, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the competition that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.

Beaumont Tiles’ decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any entrant (not just winning) may be contacted by Beaumont Tiles marketing, or our associated PR representatives for the potential to star in one of our upcoming #ichosebeaumonts promotions, this includes TV, radio, photography across many mediums. Separate Talent Release form to be signed to upon confirmation of agreed involvement.

Entry Mechanism •

Customers can enter #ichosebeaumonts competition one of 2 ways; o https://www.beaumont-tiles.com.au/blogs/i-chose-beaumonts-comp and follow ‘Enter via Email’ instructions. All entries must include: full name, email address, phone number, address, store purchased from, complete list of all products used, and high quality before & after images and where possible, video footage to be classified as a valid entry. o Via Instagram, by uploading before & after images and tagging @beaumont.tiles and #ichosebeaumonts. To consent to terms of image use, they will be additional asked to confirm their entry by #YesBeaumontTiles and provide full list of products used.
