CATHOLIC
By faith, action, and inspiration. Beaumont is rooted in the Ursuline tradition and is inclusive in the nature of our faith that drives our leadership, scholarship, and social action. Who would have thought students couldn't wait to eat in the dining hall? Chef Bo makes some delicious food—much of it from scratch—including daily salad dressings and teen favorites: avocado toast, chicken tenders, BBQ chicken salad, hummus, and, of course, Beaumont cookies! All done with his own culinary flare.
COLLEGE
