What was the most valuable aspect about this workshop and why?  The info  Being able to actively have input  Active engagement and participation  Open discussion of ideas and opinions  Interchange of colors  Public input was much more interactive than expected  Express my opinions and have them listed  Being able to exchange ideas with participants on the different topics  Being able to talk and provide feedback  The presence of Marcel and his expertise helped conversation  The presence and respectful conversation from Bruce LeCren  I like the idea that residents get to have input. But. Whether our input is used as in the transit plan remains to be seen Which aspect of the workshop would you like to see improved and why?  More detail on the maps distinctive road address for better visualization  Larger maps with addresses/street names  The first topic could have used more time while 3rd topic a little less  None Thank you for your participation in this workshop. Your feedback is appreciated. The evaluation results will be compiled and used to improve future engagement sessions.

Community Engagement Session November 17, 2016    

More people Might be valuable to extend time by 60 mins Increased level of understand who the town residents are and why they are here. This introduction is always most valuable Truck routes on 50 street. Top of the hill is horrible with trucks stopped on the top of the hill and rolling backwards into stopped vehicles

Did we miss anything? (Something that needed to be considered that wasn’t)  Better communication from the Town of Beaumont  No  What are the plans for annexation?  Missed an opportunity to provide perspective on the current TRANSIT Plan…. 1 st opportunity since the budget meetings  Transit system with stops on 50 Street will be the opposite of traffic calming.

Other Comments?  The interactive workshops were a great way to get other community members perspectives. Thank you!  We also need more ways in an dout of town. More ways to move traffic along to and from Nisku around Beaumont. Or if they have to drive through put in toll charges.
