Enjoy popcorn, snow cones, and fun activities for the family. We will announce our Most-MinutesRead winners, as well as our random drawing winners. There will be a special Plinko drawing for those who received a numbered Plinko puck throughout SRP. Remember to bring your puck to play!

Tahoe Renaissance Fair

Aug 24 • 8am-7pm

Join a fun excursion to South Lake Tahoe’s 28 th Annual Valhalla Renaissance Fair! With medieval food, vendors, and awesome performances including jousting and falconry, it’s sure to be a fun day for the whole family. $25 includes transportation and entry. Sign up by Aug 20.

Recharge for Resiliency (R4R)

Resiliency programs are subsidized by the Air Force. If you qualify (see below) you pay the R4R rate. If you do not, you may be eligible at the regular rate if space is available after R4R recipients have signed up

Single Airman Program Initiative (SAPI) events are for active duty and reserve members without a spouse.

RecOn events are for all active duty, reservists and their family members. Deployed Affected Programs (DAP) events are for deployed-affected AF personnel and their family members from receipt of orders, during deployment, and up to a year post-deployment.

Outdoor Adventure Trips Presented by USAA®

USAA Paddle Day

Aug 3 • 10am-3pm

Jump on a paddle board or kayak and enjoy a break from the heat on lovely Lake Engelbright. Please bring food, water, sunscreen, and appropriate clothing. Free limited spots. Sign up by Jul 30.

USAA Tahoe Waterfall and Beach Day

Aug 31 • 9am-6pm

Head up to Tahoe for a day of waterfall views, hiking, delicious food, and some beach time. Free limited spots. Bring water, money for lunch, snacks, sunscreen, and appropriate clothing/beachwear. Sign up by Aug 27.

R4R Fishing Charter

Aug 17 ∙ 3am-7pm

Head out on the bay for a day of fishing. R4R* price $50 (regular price $250). Please bring tip money for deckhands, water, sunscreen, food, and appropriate clothing. * R4R pricing available for RecOn, see page 8 for eligiblity.
