DETAILS: Eligibility: Authorized patrons of Air Force Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs (IAW AFI 34–101) Call for Entries: 1–30 November 2019 Submissions: Artists can submit a photograph of their two- dimensional (2D) painting or drawing on any subject. Artists may enter up to two images of artwork. All entries must be the work of the entrant. Medium Accepted: Oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel, mixed media, gouache, egg tempera, and pen and ink. Drawing media, such as graphite, charcoal colored pencils, scratchboard, markers and metal point are also accepted.
