Recce Town’s Un-BEALE-ievable 5k Series kicks off March 15, 4pm at the Golf Course 5k Trail. See page 2 for details.

www.BealeFSS.com Your guide to services and events provided by the 9th Force Support Squadron.

Sign up at the Harris Fitness Center or call 634-2258 Every finisher w receive a med ill al!

Join us after the 5k for: Music Photo Booth Color throws

COLOR ME GREEN is a five-kilometer, untimed run/walk event. At different points during the run you will be doused from head to toe in green colored powder. Participants wear white at the starting line and finish the race plastered in color. Once the race is over, the fun continues at the Finish Festival, a party equipped with music, photo booth, and more massive color throws. Trust us, this will be FUN! *Please wear protective eye wear. Color may stain clothing.

2

WE LOVE KIDS!

Each of the five races will have a unique theme, a family friendly start time to help include the youngest to oldest Recce Town Runners, and the best incentive of all: Race Medals!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Active duty, civilian, reservist and National Guard, family member, or retiree with access to base. Families are encouraged to participate and strollers are welcome.

HOW DOES THE 5K SERIES WORK?

You’ll receive a “Recce Town’s Un-BEALE-ievable 5k Series” ribbon at the completion of your first 5k. Each race will have a unique dog tag that clips to the bar of your ribbon. We know you will want to collect all five, but in case life gets in the way, there will be a reward for completing four or more 5ks: a performance t-shirt commemorating the Series.

*One race ribbon per participant upon completion of their first 5k. One dog tag will be awarded per 5k finisher. Children must walk or run to receive a medal and ribbon.

GLOW with us as we celebrate the Annual Armed Forces 5k. All ages and athletic abilities are invited to come out for music, glow in the dark competitions, and face painting.

Beat the heat with the first ever water obstacle course at Beale AFB! Join us for a light jog through sprinklers, water guns & fire hoses.

Attack of the Zombies! It’s all about the cardio. Can you outrun your fellow racers and save yourself?

While you won’t be dashing through the snow, Santa has a few surprises in store for Recce Town with this winter race.
