In order to open safely, reservations will be required in blocks of 45 minutes, beginning on the hour. The remaining 15 minutes of the hour will be used to turn over the area. The Splash Pad will be sectioned off into three areas, allowing for 3 groups at a time. No more than 6 people per group. Masks are required during check in/out and may be removed once you have reached your assigned section. Please continue to practice physical distancing. The Splash Pad is FREE.

Once you are curbside, call us at 530-634-2314 to let us know you have arrived. We will have your items bagged and ready, taking proper precautions to conduct a touchless delivery. We ask that all returned items be placed in the curbside book drop, which is available 24/7. Items will be sanitized upon return and quarantined before being placed back into circulation.
