GLENDALE MAN BUSTED FOR EDD FRAUD ARMED WITH LOADED ‘GHOST GUN’ On Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at approximately 10:00 a.m., a patrol officer contacted the driver of a vehicle that had illegally tinted windows on the 400 block of S Glendale Ave. The driver of the vehicle, later identified as 32-yearold Rudolf Itskovich of Los Angeles, provided the officer with a counterfeit driver’s license that contained his photograph but another person’s identifying information. Upon confirming the driver’s license was counterfeit, the officer had Itskovich exit the vehicle. During a search of Itskovich, the officer found a handgun with no serial number, or “Ghost gun,” loaded with a high-capacity magazine in his waistband. Inside of Itskovich’s wallet, the officer also located multiple Employment Development Department (EDD) debit cards in other people’s names and counterfeit driver’s licenses with Itskovich’s photograph on them but in other people’s names. A search of the vehicle produced a social security
card and an EDD debit card in the name of the individual whose identifying information was on one of Itskovich’s counterfeit driver’s licenses. Itskovich was subsequently arrested and booked for being a felon in possession of a firearm and identity theft. A few hours later, at approximately 1:00 p.m. (while Itskovich was still in custody), officers responded to a motel on the 300-block of E Colorado Blvd regarding illegal drugs located by motel staff. An investigation revealed that the room in question had been rented by Itskovich using one of his counterfeit driver’s license along with that person’s credit card information and was supposed to be vacated by 11:00 a.m. A further search of the room produced approximately 80 rounds of ammunition, methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, drug paraphernalia, Itskovich’s actual California ID card and notebooks containing personal identity profiles for multiple individuals.

5 Anaheim Men Arrested for Commercial Sexual Exploitation of a Minor Five men have been charged with the commercial sexual exploitation of a minor in connection with meeting a teenage girl through an online site to have sex with her. The arrests are a result of a four-month investigation by investigators with the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force (OCHTTF). In September 2020, investigators from the OCHTTF initiated an inves-
tigation into the possible commercial sexual exploitation of a minor related to the online website, Sugardaddymeet.com. The initial investigation identified other men from the website who had also met with an underage girl for the purposes of commercial sex. For the past four months, OCHTTF investigators have exhaustively worked to collect evidence for the filing of criminal charges on the identified individuals.
