A 66-year-old man is charged with fatally stabbing a man and wounding another man outside a Pasadena bar on Sept. 12, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office
announced. Jose Antonio Santiago has been charged with two felony counts in case GA104289: one count of murder and one count of attempted murder.
