Wistaria Festival Draws Less People This Year According to many in attendance and local shopkeepers, this year’s Wistaria Festival lacked the vibrancy of years past. According to officials, approximately 20 street

vendors decided not to show up, leaving empty booths on Baldwin and Sierra Madre Boulevard. And, according to one eyewitness, there was “way too much jewelry” being hawked.

A man was arrested last Sunday afternoon, March 13, after he allegedly was involved in a hit and run traffic collision that occurred in the intersection of Lima and Montecito Avenue. After allegedly causing the traffic collision, the subject then fled the scene and came in contact with a female pedestrian
