LA PartyWorks Terminating Services for the Kiddie Ride Portion of the Street Fair On Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015, the City of Monrovia received an email request from LA PartyWorks requesting that they be allowed to cease providing services for coordination of the Kiddie Ride portion of the Friday Night Family Street Fair event (Street Fair), effective immediately. Based on the request from LA PartyWorks, staff contacted representatives from Green Leaf Events, Inc., to determine if they would be able to find a replacement vendor to produce the Kid-
die Ride portion of the Street Fair. After determining that it would be possible to find a different vendor, staff went ahead and authorized LA PartyWorks to cease providing the Kiddie Ride portion of the Street Fair. Given this most recent transition, moving forward, Green Leaf Events, Inc, will continue to be responsible for producing the overall weekly fair, while LA PartyWorks will be responsible for producing ten (10) special-themed events for the Street Fair.
