SPORTS MANIA TAKES OVER BAKIS
Get ready, get set, cheer! Between March 19th and 22nd, our halls echoed with the roar of competition during Sports Week. Students across all age groups showcased their teamwork and sportsmanship in exciting activities like egg & spoon races and dodgeball. Congratulations to the winners: Blue Team (KG & Grade 1), Red Team (Elementary), Red Team (Gr. 5-13 Boys), and Red Team (Gr. 5-13 Girls)!
BAKIS MAKES A SPLASH AT THE BISC
This year marked a historic moment for BAKIS! Our students proudly represented the school for the first time at the prestigious BISC (Beaconhouse International Student Convention) held in Bangkok, Thailand. These talented individuals showcased their athletic prowess and teamwork, securing impressive wins: 1st place in chess and 3rd place in basketball, football, and swimming! Congratulations on leaving a lasting impression on the international stage!

SPELLING BEE CROWNS CHAMPIONS
Sharpen your skills for listening and cognition! On February 1st, grades 1-12 battled it out in the annual Spelling Bee. Students eagerly vied for the prestigious trophy in their respective grades, armed with spelling bee lists to aid their preparation. Armed with their study lists and nerves of steel, students competed fiercely to spell their way to victory. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as contestants took turns challenging each other to spell words correctly, showcasing their linguistic prowess. On March 7th, the Gym Hall buzzed with excitement as the University Fair for High School Students unfolded. Students were presented with a vibrant tapestry of universities, each offering insights into courses, campus life, and the endless possibilities awaiting them. The fair was more than just a showcase of universities; it was a celebration of potential and possibility. As we reflect on the success of the University Fair for High School Students, let us carry forward the spirit of exploration and possibility that permeated our campus on that unforgettable day.
CRAZY HAIR DAY: LET YOUR CREATIVITY RUN WILD!
February wasn't all serious business! Crazy Hair Day unleashed the inner artist in our students. From unicorns and Harry Potter characters to Medusa and mermaids, the variety of hairstyles was truly awe-inspiring. It was a day filled with laughter, self-expression, and some truly unforgettable hair creations!

ARABIC LANGUAGE
Arabic Week was a vibrant celebration of language and culture. Students from all levels participated in various competitions, showcasing their skills in poetry, speech, drama, spelling, and artistic performances. The week culminated in a special award ceremony sponsored by Mrs. Rana Nazal, an expert in school development at the Sharjah Private Education Authority and a pioneer of the Arabic language.
