Title: Seizing the Siege Saima Abedi | Staff Correspondent TBT | North Nazimabad Cambridge Branch Date: 30th Sep- 2nd Oct, 2016 City: Karachi Details: North Nazimabad Cambridge Branch organised its first MUN namely IBNMUN (Beacon House North Model United Nation) that was held from 30th Sep- 2nd Oct, 2016. The event aimed to enhance the public speaking skills of the students and offer them a forum to understand international affairs and develop an awareness of current events. The three-day journey facilitated the young ambassadors in advocating diversity and promoting dialogues to sustain peace. The efforts of the organizing committee, that was comprised of students mainly, was acknowledged by the delegates, management and Assistant Committee Directors, specifically the unflagging efforts of the President of IBNMUN, Sameed Ashfaq.
