Kindly follow one-way route during morning and home time. 2. Kindly drop your child at the school gate. Junior staff will escort the children inside the school. 3. Please pick your child on time from school. Avoid discussing the progress of your child at home time to avoid traffic jam in front of school gate. 4. Please cooperate with school staff at the gate to ensure smooth flow of traffic and park your cars on the side of the road.
5. To make the environment more peaceful and secure it is requested to avoid honking in front of the school gate in the morning and at home time and also advice your drivers to do same. Your cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated.

Regularity: Please make sure that the child gets enough sleep during night and is regular to school. In case of absence, an application must be sent to the school. Also see that your child comes to school in a neat and proper uniform with polished shoes. Make sure that nails are trimmed and hair must be without nits and lice. Important points to remember: Kindly take an appointment from the PRO on the school landline number ( 021 3454906) meeting the teacher in addition to the parent/ teacher meetings. Kindly show new ID card at the school gate at home time every day. In case someone else is coming to pick the child, he/she must bring the child’s ID card. Duplicate and old ID cards will not be accepted in school.
Kindly notify any change of address or telephone numbers to the school immediately for an update of records in case of emergencies. It is requested to sign your child’s lesson diary and exercise books regularly. In case of sudden closure of school, information can be obtained by calling on Mr Munam’s number __03332476847 Kindly refrain from sending any gifts or goody bags to avoid birthday celebrations in school. Primary Section: All students must be in school at least five minutes before the school starts. The school gate will be closed at 8:00 am. Parents must pick up their child within half an hour after home time. Kindly avoid purchasing trolley bags. All the books and stationary must be brought to school according to the time table only. Unnecessary books and materials are not allowed in the school. All exercise book, workbooks and worksheets will be sent home with a notice in the mobile app/diary. Parents must sign them on regular basis. The school holds periodically emergency fire and the evacuation drills each year. Teacher will notify students of the procedure, to be followed for the same.
