She learned the importance of “reading the ne print”, of scrutinizing documents before signatures were penned, of making sure that both client and customer knew all that they were agreeing to. ese experiences have given her a depth of understanding that even more seasoned Realtors lack. Another in uential job in her career was working in a hospice center. Her time there taught her skills that cannot be taught in a classroom. Here, Danica learned the invaluable lessons of how to talk with people in some of the most di cult moments of their lives. ough not a medical professional, Danica was able to spend time with the center’s patients and build close bonds with them.
