LAWNSCAPES, INC., is a full-service Landscaping Company located in Coventry, RI: Lawnscapes is seeking to hire a full time Office Assistant. Main duties and responsibilities to include creating daily and weekly schedules, ordering materials and equipment, assisting with billing of completed projects, speaking with potential customers, providing estimates for future projects, and maintaining social media accounts. The position would also include customer communication by phone and email and other duties as assigned. Proficiency in Excel and Word is necessary. Experience with QuickBooks and/or Arbor Gold is a plus. The ideal candidate should have good oral and written communication skills, the ability to problem solve, work well as a member of a team, but also the ability to work independently.
