Baseball is as American as apple pie – and it’s a great way to spend a summer evening.
The Coastal Plain League’s Morehead City Marlins takes to the mound through July, making it a perfect way for visitors to enjoy a chill evening in the bleachers and cheer on these up and comers.

The wooden bat team draws some of the nation’s hottest summer collegiate players, giving guests a great game to watch. It’s a win-win situation – players are able to improve their game and fans get to kick back, enjoy a hot dog or two and enjoy some great entertainment.
Blending the Crystal Coast’s love for baseball and billfishing, the aptly named Marlins have been putting on a great show at Big Rock Stadium in Morehead City for more than 10 years.
“After a long 2020, the Marlins are excited to get back on the field, and the season will be here before we know it,” team owner Buddy Bengel said. “We are thrilled to welcome our great fans back to Big Rock Stadium for the upcoming season to celebrate our back-to-back championships and showcase all of the exciting new additions to our organization. The 2021 season is gearing up to be the best season in Marlins history.”

Single game tickets are available, or fans can choose to purchase four and ten game packages. In addition, special rates are available to large groups.
